Refund policy


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

To ensure a smooth RETURN & EXCHANGE process, you must adhere to the guidelines specified on the current page. All items must be returned in their new and original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached—as you received them. Returns and exchanges must be initiated in writing within seven days from the date of delivery of your order. Items must be then received by CRT-JEANS.COM within 30 days from the purchase date, notwithstanding any customs-related delays.

 

Return & Exchange Eligibility Criteria and Process:

  • Initiation: Must be requested within seven days of delivery of your order in written form.
  • Condition: Items should be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached.
  • Deadline: Items must arrive back at CRT-JEANS.COM no later than 30 days from the purchase date.

 

CRT-JEANS.COM reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria. If non-compliance with the return instructions results in additional costs (including customs duties and taxes), these will be deducted from your refund or credit.

Upon receipt and acceptance of your return or exchange, we will process your refund, credit your account with online store credit, or dispatch the item you have selected in exchange within seven working days. During the holidays seasons, our process time might take longer than the days indicated previously. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience.

If your return is not accepted, we will inform you of the reasons for rejection and arrange for the item to be reshipped to you. Please be aware that the costs associated with reshipping are your responsibility.

Additionally, taxes and import duties are non-refundable. You are responsible for reclaiming any taxes or duties from your local customs office or other taxing authorities to recover these costs associated with returned purchases.
